Risk disclosure

Trading gold (XAU/USD), forex and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and you can lose some or all of your money. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Past outcomes shown on this website do not guarantee future outcomes. Prices at your broker may differ from the prices the scanner uses, and spreads, commissions, slippage and execution delays can make your results different from the record. Moving a stop to entry does not remove these costs and risks.

All content, alerts and plans from XAU Setups are general information about how our scanner works. They are not financial, investment or tax advice and are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

Services

Premium alerts: access to a private channel with the scanner's plans for the paid period.
Copy trading: automatic placement of the scanner's orders on an MT4/MT5 account you connect, at a lot size you choose. You keep ownership and control of your account.
Bot rental: a time-limited licence to use the scanner's plans through our Expert Advisor.

We may pause a system, change its rules or stop a service to protect members, for example during extreme market conditions. Changes are announced in the member channel.

Payments and cancellation

Services are paid monthly in advance. You can cancel at the end of any paid month. Because access starts immediately, payments for a month that has started are not refunded unless the service was not delivered.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee any profit, win rate or outcome. We commit only to recording plans as published and settling them by market price.

Privacy

When you contact or join us we keep your name, contact details and payment record so we can provide the service. For copy trading we store only what is needed to place orders; we never ask for withdrawal access. We do not sell your data. Ask us at any time to see or delete your data.
